Let me start by saying I didn't "fail to quote" anything. I quoted only the parts that were relevant to my point. You claim to be an expert yet you say vanguards should always have dodge stones on them as shone in this full quote below:

Vanguard should always have Strength, Wisdom, Stamina, Block, Dodge and Counter Stones in his gear

The fact that you prioritized dodge over hit stones is why I find your entire statement to be a joke in poor taste. It's a mistake that only inexperienced players make, and one I will now explain.
If you only have enough room on your gear for either dodge or hit stones, then you should always choose hit. Your vanguard's skill is one of the most important aspects of them. And I see low level inexperienced players ALL THE TIME make the mistake of not putting hit on their vanguard. This results in their vanguard missing attacks and being unable to regain fury in order to use their skill. This lowers the worth of your vanguard tremendously. Personally I would even recommend having crit stones on your vanguard over putting on dodge since if you crit that's an instant 100 fury regain right there. As for your statement about yachiru, if someone builds a set base around yachiru then they probably won't be lasting very long in this game since her usefulness completely dies of very quickly.

Are you for real with this? Any of the servers 70 or earlier would demolish anyone that even thinks of using dodge based vanguard. I'll just assume you were joking when you said that.

Also, Evolution him since even after level 70, he can be a viable back up Vanguard for HMA.

No, just no. Never waste your vitality on any partner that isn't going to be in your final formation UNLESS you have already completely evolved all of your partners that you plan on having in your end game team. HMA isn't NEARLY important enough to waste your vitality on evolving a 5th rate vanguard just to maybe get one palace further through it.

If you save up from events and get Socket items,

Just want to point out that no one should ever use socket stones on any set that isn't an ultimate one. And before you say something about how you're strictly talking about f2p players, plenty of f2p's have ultimate sets all it requires is waiting for the right events.

For CSB I do agree a Vanguard should have hit rate however at early levels for both PVE and PVP it's not 100% needed, then again neither is Dodge. My comment about pre 70 wasn't talking about servers. Now keep in mind I left the game awhile back so some information might of have changed regarding spirit stoning and the like. Case in point back when I was playing before I left my one account was/is using a lv 77 Yachi with 80% base dodge as F2P, also using Tengen, might not of been the best choice however it worked well against others players I was fighting in CSB and on the server. Also, she didn't have trouble hitting due to my zanpakuto choice, so I could throw hit stones on midline and support.

Now onto evolution comment. He asked about ways to make him more of a tank, not to mention depending on how long he plans to spend below 100/110, Sado can still be viable back up tank for HMA even after for you Sajin. Sure, it might not warrant evolution for him but the option is there and information was what he was after. I was just offering what he could do to make him better.

Ultimate sets..On newer servers not everyone has them in which case again it is whole heartily up to the player on when to use socket stones. If they can hold off for the set parts as say slot rolls around and they manage to get enough points to piece them together then sure hold off. I did mention your 'final set' though didn't I?

Now, your information was finally helpful instead of just the minor bashing of what I offered the player. Try to continue this down the road.

Edit: Wanted to mention one last thing for you. All of the information that people give may or not be correct but somehow works for them, as they fight newer and stronger players they will adapt and find new ways to work around the opponents. I mean when I noticed we could fortify zanpakuto once I came back, it might of been a waste to fortifty a starter zanpakuto as I could daily just to get strong enough to finish it fully so, I could store the item for better zanpakutos but was my choice and worked out in the end.
