Honestly, only real way you can rank up quicker is to win but you can if you don't want to do the 100 CSB win streak achievement is to fight all of your chances daily during the CSB period. You won't get as many points for losing but it's better then not proceeding.
lol my friend in my csb I get guys in my pyramid who one shot me
so what do I do nothing I just don't register for a couple days then when I come back
its pretty easy beat a couple rows then when it gets to be like b4 I don't regi again
