Actually you're wrong on that 2nd sentence zento. They give the same exact reiatsu bonus, and the difference in % speed is 9%. That's not higher than tensa's buff of 15%.

However it's irrelevant thanks to the rest of what you mentioned lol.

oh what, i thought i saw Katen at 137%, skype group chat said it was higher too damnit, so i thought both combined would be higher at that point (the same since i was thinking 6%+9% difference, but i meant by base stats)
