Dunno, I'm kinda too greedy (yes I know sounds weird given that I'm getting close to vip 9 after this..) to spend on modifying. I guess I'll grab some Tier 11 Hyogus... from what I've seen there's no way to get them without gold (Visored Revenge gives only Tier 10).

If you don't have one of each already I think that's the smart thing to do.
You can always wait to modify, waiting won't get you tier 11 hogus though.
Unless you wait till the level cap is like 180 or whatever the hell they're supposed to be released at. xD
