yeah accept in the early stages of this game the support wass good they gave me lots of free gold as compo but now they sorted out the pay pal rfund thing they dont bother since its digital none refndable goods is not covered. and gogreed knows its almost impossible for the customer to get a rfund therefore they end up staying but spending little amount still brings in abit of cash thats how they trap you to squeeze alil extra jucie from you. but got to say thanks giving event was the only decent thing they have given to players for certain vip levels.
ive stop paying for this game long time ago i urge other to do also and maybe they will start to care when there incoming amount is zero to nothing, but its the players money if they want to spend $20k dollars on none physical goods with ZERO return in investment then go for it. i be happy to just top up for rio event for the fury stone thats about it and maybe membership like every 2months. man i cant believe i had the idea to purchase Tensa, mugetsu and oatmeal su lucky i stop last moment took a breath. |
