Lol anyways, I've upgraded Senju to lvl 18 on it. Some important facts to note. LEVEL 15 IS FIRST GROWTH RATE INCREASE, NOT SKILL.
The level you see next to the description of the skill is the level you will get the skill at. So lvl 70 in the case of most event partners.

Secondly, you have a chance of getting 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500, fragments from the gold chances. One of my gold chances gave me 2 500's as you can see here


Thirdly, it's important to note that it appears that the cost per upgrade may start to rise at some point. It's super late here so I forgot to pay really close attention to the cost of upgrades, but it is more than +10 per level as you can see here

lvl 18 to 19 is 220 fragments btw

There is a formation I want to try with her lvl 100 skill eventually.
