aparently yes, least when i look at the list in Exlusive SKill, first form swp show the new skill also, least so it does for my ulq and nel, any1 else feel free to correct

Another question does the advanced cultivation is actually free? ( I guess for 1 use) or does it cost gold normally. Wouldnt like to loose 800g because they write something which isnt true

the 100 gold option is free every 24 hours after you click it
the 8 try gold option is free every  48hours so yes you get them for free

depends how much you get in points when you cultivate, it's mostly luck if you get extra cultivation on the bar

Exclusive fragments drop from soul cultivate(more common on the advanced and 2.4mil silver cultivate) and you can get them from filling soul cultivate bar as reward. Those Fragments are used to increase the Exclusive Skill, which needs to reach level 50(gold partners) to use second skill, Reds it is 70 and i suspect orange it may need to be 90. There are no Orange partners so i have no clue about that one

at 100k cultivate points you fill the bar and get a point for filling the bar each time, so yes you can get Genryusai Yamamoto and Cute Orihime for a hefty sum of silver XD

not every exclusive skills are better, so you can choose not to activate them right?

they only activate when you get them to the designated level of cultivating via the fragments from soul cultivating or buying the rewards for them. Most partners you may want to keep first skill.. LOL @ Nozarashi skill 2.
