The only way to fill the bar is by spending silver or gold (i think) so everytime you spend 300k silver you get 2 points

10000/3 = 3334
3334 X 300k
1000200000 silver

with the 10 times cultivation
10000/24
417 X 2400k
1000800000 silver

(The 10 times cultivation is the best option because of the fragments for the skills)
That makes yama and C.Orihime available for f2p players

Now lets talk about the fragments
The silver option gives 2 (2400k)
The gold one 20 (800)

You only have 100 daily cultivation (need 200 gold for refresh)
so if you dont want to use gold you get
20 fragments daily
the first upgrade cost 30 fragments, the second 40 (i think it goes 10 by 10 so the following calculations is what i think)
you need to reach level 10 to activate the exclusive skill
30+40+50+60+70+80+90+100+110+120 = 750

also every 2 days you get the free 10 times gold cultivation

it will take about 26 days get the exclusive skill just for one character
of course this is the silver way

now the gold way
lets say youre vip 6
that gives you the chance to refresh 3 times every day
7200+200+8000+200+8000+200+8000
800 fragments everyday (also 31800 gold)
750/800
1 day

without refreshing
8000 per day (7200 every 2 days)
200 fragments every day
750/200
4 days

and i think thats it, i know im wrong in a lot of things so if you found one let me know

"....you need to reach level 10 to activate the exclusive skill.."  is this confirmed? cuz i think is too low to get new skill maybe is lvl 35-70 (depends on partner) as its writen on "?" and the other info at screen it says on lvl10-15 i guess is a typo

they actually have the 2 lv things reversed
should be lv10 to gain extra growth rate
lv (35) to gain new skill

For the purpose of this post, BC = Basic Cultivation and AC = Advanced Cultivation

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I was checking my totals as I was cultivating so I think my numbers are pretty solid here....

I was earning 3 points for the BC x1, 24 points for BC x10, 25 points for AC x1, and 200 points for AC x10.

As I understand it, I can use the free AC x1 once every 24 hours, and the AC x10 once every 48 hours.

So on day #1 I can do AC x1 once (1 chance used), 25 points earned....AC x10 once (10 chances used), 200 points earned....BC x10 eight times (80 chances used), 192 points earned....BC x1 nine times (9 chances used), 27 points earned.

That would result in 100 chances used and 444 points earned.

On day #2, I could do AC x1 once (1 chance used), 25 points earned...BC x10 nine times (90 chances used), 216 points earned....BC x1 nine times (9 chances used), 27 points earned.

That would result in 100 chances used and 268 points earned.

Then on day #3, it would be the same scenario as day #1, and Day #4 would be the same as Day #2 and so on and so on.

So the end result is you earn a fixed amount of points every 2 days, which is 444 + 268 = 712.  So every 2 days you earn 712 points.  So to fill up the bar takes 10,000, so divide that by 712 every 2 days = 28.08 days, which is 29 days unless you spent a tiny bit of gold.

It takes 29 days to earn a reward from the cultivation bar, for 100% free to play players.  Obviously if you do gold chances and spend gold and/or purchase additional chances (200g for +100 chances) you can achieve this much faster.

Also on a side note, using the above calculations you will spend 46.2 million silver every 2 days, so you will spend 669.9 million silver to obtain 10,000 points.
So it takes 1 month and 670 million silver to earn your choice of great rewards.  Hope this math/info helps some people out with their planning.  Feel free to post if I miscalculated anything or am using the incorrect raw data, I based this off of the numbers I saw from today from doing my own.
