It looks like the x100 frags is less than a 1/100 chance.  I've gotten it twice in 400 tries.  So atm I can only venture a guess it's 1/200 chance.  But will have a better idea after a few weeks.

Yeah no doubt the better stuff is like in the 1/100 - 1/1000

a warning! , there is a item on Soul Cultivation that can troll you. After you win that item and what will happen if you use that item it will ask you to change clan, after click change clan you will need to go out from guild, than you can NOT change clan lol cuz : ".. not enough itemzzz~" T_T

Also, I haven't got a screenshot of it, but I've managed to get Red Hogyoku fragsments twice now (Both contained 100 frags each).
