She is the most OP partner for her price simply because she is combining ridiculously op skill where not only you lose fury but you cant even get it back, with really good speed and quickly accessible useful mods... No other partner has that..
even old school shinso gin might be faster than ger but it will take you years to get to first speed mod + you need bond speed as well..
shutara is better.. well she should be when she costs twice as much + she has her speed mod further so again it will take you quite a bit of time..
I will not even start on ignore invinciblity mod lol to fully counter her... this take years unless you have really deep pockets...
Kirinji might be faster to mod and in speed but he will not assure your victory over hiki even if he is faster unless you have luck with his skill and it hits right partners....
I think everyone with atleast a bit of common sense should see that she is simply OP.. that she will not get nerfed because she provides good income is a different matter. I am not saying that there arent ways to outspeed her or counter her but that requires a lot of money for it to be fast and effective which most ppl simply dont have or arent willing to pay.

I agree with this man right here. Hiki's skill is OP for her price.

Don't even dream of fully modded your partners, unless you are loaded. Especially now with this new exclusive skill crap going on here. Some nubnuts will stack all frags into hiki, which will make her faster, stronger.

Kirinji mod might be fast, but his mod is crap. So he will be slower than Hiki... I am not sure about this.
