man I think shinso is coming just saev vit he has to come give it a month before you spend vit shi ...

I wouldnt worry so much about shinso.  You can get him for 300 com contracts in legend gallery, so just a matter of time before you get it.  That is if you have shini agent.

his skill discription says increases 25% hitrate and attack, they mistranslation his skill and never fixed it so people thought he was nerfed.
