If you are willing to put everything on yama then get yamamoto he will hit like a truck after all you can take both i think at some point so take the one you need the most orehime is good but not like yama she provides fury but at some points you need to stack her rly good.But for your formation i'd go with yamamoto you have zangetsu so he will get a huge bost and if you get cute in pve or pvp the buff won't stack so half of her skill is usless you will only get the block

at some point, by round 2 the fight is basically decided, so fury every round is sometimes a mute point...
