Yes, the best thing about it is that you can switch between old and new skill, so great either way! ^^

anyone know if hisagis 300% growth rate exclusive skill will increase in damage? and if you know what % does it increase by?

everyone's exclusive skill grows in strength with level up.   And nobody in US or EU servers have spent that hard to get them up that high yet...  I don't even think anyone has anyone with the exclusive skill yet, much less upgrading it, lol
