TOP UP IS NOT AVALIBLE

i have the same problem but in a different way, did a top up of 5000 gold and i just got 3800. i used paypal via paymentwall and they said to me the payments where done successfuly. but until now i just got answers from paymentwall and paysafe card, the support of this game has not answered me yet! i just hope they give me my rewards even after the event ends... because i did a top up of 10000 gold just for this christmas event and because of this issue i lose my 5th place (4x lvl 5 stones), 240 gold reishis (12 bells) and the rest of the gold rebate from make money event... already sent 2 or 3 emails for this game support and no answer... i just hope they fix this very fast the event ends today...
