Is senbon really worth it? since I'm gonna have my random assaulter, and 2 actually good support, so I figure extra damage for them would be best.

at his level you wont see many... =.= ask the person who ask this question himself. even with b.rukia or oetsu around, those two still doing fine, and climbing up the ladder.

Yes, they might be strong, but any user using either Oetsu or B Rukia will 100% of the time win vs ...

Good Van vs B. Rukia there is also good thing your dekorations can do Suicide skill for decs rule.

Hyorin is the Zanp for your party,  dropping to a 3-1-1, prob jushiro would look good back there with the supports you have, he deals good damage and prevents/cures them from status effects.
