Click in "add attach", you can find this icon in your comment bar, so you click "browse" and it will open a page where you can select the pic you wanna send.
In this case you wanna take a pic.... "print screen"
There's a button in your keyboard called "print Screen" So you press this button and now you'll open a program in your PC called "paint", you need to press Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v when this program "paint" is open, you'll save the pic and it's done.
To change the pic's size i always open a program called "Microsoft Office Picture Manager" again you need to save the pic when it's edited.
I know, maybe there are other ways to take a pic of your PC screen, but that's my way to do it. :/ Someone will call me noob by having so many job to take a pic. >.>

) then you are probably gonna skip stark and go for ichigo so better get nnoitora at lv 90 and change that kensei for either yama-jii(now its easier to get him) or ikkaku. Tousen is not a chance since you already got harribel for lv 86 , your bp is good.. i am lv 81 and have like 551k bp so yeah... btw i run senbon thats why my bp jumped up a bit.. dont worry, you are going really good
