Originally he was a lot stronger, he offered 100% combo rate for your Assaulters and a while ago when all of these OP partners didn't exist, he was definitely the best of the best.

Only say he is an unfair charater to fight against or use because he use to give 100% combo rate, people who had him got a major boost to reiatsu cause of him.
