getting a retarded error trying to reply. The game is bugged 24/7. Groceries are consumed entirely (stupid example). Even if I could get SOME back thatd be nice.

I used the groceries example because it was simple and easy for people to understand. Since you're so set on having a better example then here you go. I assume you have a cell phone yes? Like everyone else not from a third world country? Well after you pay your service provider for a few months and use your cell phone during that time, do you expect to be able to walk into one of their offices and ask for your money back because you decided you want to try a different cellphone provider? No? Well same concept here.

If theres problems with the billing for those months after emailing them calling many times and no reply. Then yes Id expect compensation or better service for a period of extended time Or dropped out of contract Since it became void. This game hasn't given what I paid for.
