I only have 184 epic scrolls and also nearly 1000 reishi.
I could spend money on janken instead of soul cultivation if my Yamamoto needs more levels.

Yeah. If you can, save up to 800 coupons each time and get the lv4 gift pack. Which gives you the fury stone (start building his t1 now)

Also, you get stones from ryoka attack, and some events. You could build him up to t1 in no time

I just do Es mostly(even miss that quite often). I can't do ryoka on weekdays, hardly on weekends too.(Just once or twice,mostly once).

Well. Depends how long you gonna play for. If more than a year, then it wont matter. Eventually, you'll get there

He'll definitely start at low level. You'll be getting a Yamamoto Genryusai in your backpack which can be used since level 1 and he'll be at level 1 cause this happens when you get any partner from an event other than limited lease(though I've never topped up and gotten a partner).
