Don't know why people say its level 80. My friend who was level 75 had it unlocked. Maybe it's level 80 on facebook or something.

Unless it's different per version yea. I mean my friend was level 75 and started to get the fragments. We're playing the gogames / joyfun one, not facebook if, that is different then here.
