Even with the nice skills n' shit i don't see any point why i should de level my partners which luck ...

When you De-Level, you gain stats (Or should do) which are the same or better than the current stats you just had, else there'd be no point to this xD

So a lvl 94 there is equal to a lvl 136 or whatever that lvl was through this reincarnation, this just allows more potential to be created, as if you are levelling up again, gaining the level up stats each time, but going past what you couldn't previously



TL;DR - It's better since it keeps your stats but makes you 'break the cap' of levelling (lvl 159 currently), since you pretty much restart levelling up but keep your stats; being able to go further in power ^^
