W.Ichigo vs Hakuteiken vs Yamamoto

Hello everyone, I would like your thoughts on selecting my next pvp partner. Current pvp team is Ultima(t1), Kirinji(t1), Isshin(t1),MC, Sophisticated Rangiku with Muramasa.PVE team is Kisuke(soon Shinso), Cute Orihime,Isshin, Shura and MC with Senbonzakura. All evolutions are 10 or 11 besides Cute Ori who is still at 5.

First of all I added only those 3 assaulters since they can be considered nowadays as free and I'm not planning yet to spend anything besides some furies and talismans every now and then. Yeah, Brenji or even Mugetsu would be ideal, but can't get them.

Back to the question now, my main problem is that MC currently is just too weak. He will get boosted soon enough with r1 and higher evolution, but atm he just gets block-1shotted by Nozas. Isshin targets only assaulters, so I'm having trouble finishing off enemy supports.
By stats alone White Ichigo is superior, I know that but concerns are:

1. White Ichigo is gonna take about 2-3 months of CSB. Lease works only for mod, have to dismiss him and get him @lv 70.
2. Hakuteiken I can already get him, but still lv70 and lower stats than W.Ichi.
3. Can get him at my current lvl which is 140 and got some interesting debuffs as well.
4. Isshin, till new tavern appears so I can think this through again.

Some side notes, I do use 2 agi sets only on supps. My isshin got a lowly one of lv5-6 just to secure going first before other no agi users on Assaulters. My "exclusive" is going towards Ultima since that's what I decided for my own stupid reasons. I just don't like seeing the same formations over and over, same reason I skipped Noza.(would skip Kirinji as well, but the speed difference between 0 division partners and previous partners is just too big) And as I said I'm at 140 lv atm, with current growth being a lvl every 6-7 days. Which would make me around 150ish when I get White Ichigo.

White ichi is best one for PVP.  But shouldn't ultima and kirinji do all the work in PVP anyway?

Naturally for people till with ~300k more BP than me, yeah they are sufficient. Got a bad habit challenging people stronger than me tho. Obviously if a Hiki is faster than me, that's instant defeat, so I try to not be unrealistic.

I'm just struggling lately to understand how level and partner growth affects the stats at all. Getting White in 3 months  and getting him around 120ish lvl is  doable. But I don't understand how big of a difference will be with a White of lv 150 or even a Yamamoto

I already tried leasing yama, he had potential but without mods/bond and t1 as well he is just a second MC. These Noza's 120% block rate combined with my ultima's debuff is just too much too handle without a full evo'd partner

i tried to figure out one time with anoton but i reached a dead end.... every partner i test gives different results

I tried as well. Made an empty character, with no bonuses at all. Tracked all the stats change from 1-30 but they made no sense whatsoever :/

yea... my best guess that they're inaccurate values ...... nothing makes sense no matter how hard i try to figure it out
