black screen only on some server

guys, please help. i encountered blackscreen in server eu254, nomatter how i try to fix it( based on guide in forum) it still black screen. but when i try open other server it's loading normally. can you help me what's wrong and how to solved it?

me too on EU 289...still cant log in, thought its my internet, browser or something, but seems not xD

other servers under 190 i tried are just fine
