GoGames in the past has been nothing but unhelpful. We've seen it happen countless times, they don't like admitting they've messed up or giving any type of compensation for anything ever.

Last time the server went down I didn't get an arena chest or CSB spirit souls, so unless the servers are back when the rewards get given (i.e. too late for arena chest) I doubt it will happen, and yeah, gogames don't seem to do compensation. Or if they did it would be not enough at all.
