I said most top players.
I consider myself a top player and in a similar situation as most other people that are top players. I never went in saying that all free to plays should do this, I started this conversation explicitly saying that the best of the best are going to most likely be getting only exclusive fragments. To some of you Yamamoto might still be a good partner lmfao.

Also, yes, I do plan on getting the exclusive skills on some partners, I mean I'm already 27 on Senju, it might take 6 months but eventually I'll likely be able to get one of my partners to 70 at least.

They are not the best choice(as the level increases, the exclusive fragments keep on increasing as ...

To get to lvl 37 around. it take 7k above.
If you start gathering now, am 16 days away from my 180days login.
SO lets say by the time i get my 365days login i should have up to get to lvl 50 probably.
then a little further for the 70.
