From what I've been told, they are currently weighing out the demographics (ie, player levels across all servers).

To decide what level margins they will create for new tavern partners, like they could decide 115,120,125 ect.

They are also considering what allies would help PVE wise, for example someone might be stuck in the hollow map, they need to decide what type of abilities the allies will have.

A previous mod "KingKris" had created a thread on ally ideas and sent them to the staff to revise with the devs, if you can contribute further to it, i'll be sure to send it off to them, otherwise I can make a new one for revision.
Ishida's father is one of the results of that thread, his manifestation of an ally, that is.

So don't give up on us, we're still trying to help out, we still care!

The current adaptation on Isshin was and is intentional.

The reason behind this was he came out as a UBP partner back in 2014 October/November if I remember correctly. His cost was exactly 42,000 crystals.

From a company standpoint you can consider, why would they release such an extremely powerful ally for free? From his CN video I recall him being able to skill 3x in 1 round, in addition he had very high growth rates and void.

In such an early phase of bleach, Isshin would have destroyed everything in the market, leaving no room or incentive for other players to buy new allies for gold, which they have.

Why China and Rus server updated Isshin, and gogames did nerf and it stopped?
Why was not introduced unnerfed isshin?
