Sorry, the name is growth plan ^^. Its an event in the naruto game, you buy a plan in 20k - 40k gold (there are in less ammount) and you get the double of gold in 20 days, 2k per day in 20k plan and 4k per day in 40k plan.

This is the global/international version of bleach. The dev's are able to do what they please here in-order to monopolize the player base and gain profit for their company.

Other countries like China/Russia/Brazil/Vietnam they have different policies. Most of this has to do with money, and other games competing in a similar market.

If you only took one thing out of this

I will have to speak with the staff/devs on that one.

But what we do have currently (that i'm aware of).

Are rebate systems, top-up a certain amount of gold and get a % back, during Christmas holidays I believe the rebate was raised to 60%.

1) Soul Cultivation is crap.  to get the new skills it will take 90% of players several years to get a single skill.  It's the biggest troll in the game at this time.  I'd bet if you wanted to buy it with gold, it would take well over $5,000 USD
2) Main Evo is another section that takes an insane amount of time.
3) CSB Partners are next to impossible to get for anyone but the top 30 in the CSB.
4) Guild War needs to have a minimum of 2 lines
5) Something needs to be done with Ryoka.  After a point, you need to work an exploit and have good internet connection to get a hit.

Sure i can think of more, but these changes will greatly improve the game for F2P and VIP alike

Do you mean the free events like UBP/Visored or stuff like gold expenditures?

@Accel modify - I would enjoy double frags for my allies as well. At the current phase though, there are provided ally fragments in the "Mystery Market" but you pay with gold/coupons. I'll ask them if they have any plans to change it and will update you asap.
