by the way, I wasn't contacted by the support since the first time I emailed them, at the end of my first csb, 2 months ago: does it always happen?

Is it supposed to reset with each CSB? I think they're one time and you have already used yours

What you're talking about? if it is about the title, the one gained as reward for finishing first the CSB is said to be permanent, and u can find it under Legendary Titles.
About the rewards, they should be at the end of every CSB.
About the support not replying to me, I'm starting to doubt there's even a support, since they should do something...

I've messaged support 3-4 times since starting. They replied to the first 2, but not the last 2.

lucky you, I've messaged them only once, and they didn't reply, even if I'm a high level vip and I earned this reward.

What vip are you?

And yeah, sucks. I think if they can answer quickly and easily they will. The first two questions were about events, how they work. The first one they didn't answer was about topping up large amounts. But I learned later that it actually had nothing to do with gogames, wish they had told me that though XD It's offgamers that have delays with large top ups.

well, I asked them about csb, and since it's something they should manage, since it's the game itself, they should take action.. this is a lack of respect, it's vips who pay for the service, here, so the least they could do is to make the game work well, and reply to who writes to them

I totally agree. But I don't think gogames care. They are known on the forums as being unresponsive, and imo unprofessional. Not giving warning of servers being down, or not doing it outside of event hours. The thing is, despite the problems, people still top up, and I think that's their main care, if not only care. But yeah, sucks.

oh, I got the reward not much, but got some hollow spirit and challenge stones and the title! I really love the title I'm so happy

Did you have to contact support for your reward? I'm still waiting for mine and I didn't get it yet. Waiting on the title too and that's the thing I wanted the most.
