I lost both my evo and mods when i upgraded my tosh...
although i only had 1 mod, the mods become  ...

Worked fine when i upgraded my shin shura kenpachi to noza(after 1 refresh of the page).And mods are same with bigger atributes
Only thing that i lost were some materials from his evolution(not full level).
+saw many ppl talking on forum that they didnt lose mod/evo after upgrade.

for pvp uses, pull rukia and replace her with harribel. that added control from supports, mixed with grim's abilitity to kill vangs nicely, your party should do you very well.

also, level 35 reiatsu I think it is (where you can upgrade your zanpacto one last time)  very important

for pve, you will want to replace yourichi with Jushiro when you can,  and of course rukia with Kieske

the people that say font get grimmjow are bullshit.. there was a guy in my server who said he is only good against healers and shit..... beat him with grimmjow lol

plus yama already gives laceration so no need to worry
