I have reported bugs in the game for the last 6 months and have not heard a thing back from GoGreed. You would think they would look into the bugs, however 6 months later same things still happen. Bunch of Greedy/Lazy people must run there company.

tru that i accedidently bought 60 dollars worth of gold instead of 30 never used any of the gold and they still wouldnt event try to give me a discount bunch of pigs

But seriously, why does it matter if they care or not? If you're f2p you have no right to complain. If you're p2p then just remember, you're buying gold to use in game. You didn't actually buy any of the stuff in game so the only thing you own there is access to the account for the duration of the time the game is up and running. That's how this stuff works. If you don't like it then don't top up.
