Ultima and CSB Aizen have their stats in a different format than the other partners it seems, as if they were accurate, most all CSB and HMA partners would be crappy..

As per the Wiki, no evo/mods taken into account:
Shinso:  Agi:  1500  GR: 3.8  Talent: Agi + 20%
B Rukia: Agi:  3000  GR: 5.2  Talent: Agi + 20%

never seen them side by side yet, I will and have pics of these two the next time limited lease comes around to verify.  However from my calculations, only Hikifune, Tenjiro, and maybe Senju (unlikely on Senju) should be faster than B Rukia (again, CSB and HMA Aizen do not count in this, as i can't find any stats on par with the other partners in the game
Tenjiro:  Agi: 5000   Growth: 5.2  Talent: Agi + 15%  Spd +10%  And he mods easy
Hikifune:  Agi: 3500  Growth: 5.3   Talent: Agi + 20%
Senju: Agi:  5200  Growth: 5.2  Talent: Agi + 18%

Yeah, been doing some paper work...  and It looks like I'm going to have a B Rukia soon, unless something in my mind changes.  Not only does she decimate vanguards and stop all healing on my opponent's side, but she's blistering fast and has a very stout attack.  I may even get my Shinso back on the field too to help make up for shini Kieske not shutting down support line.. T1 Shinso, B Rukia, and my anemic main with AOE attacks should cut them down nicely.  Throw in my stacked up Isshin, to shut down middle rows, then B Rukia in the back just shuts down all vangs she is faster than (unless i'm missing something)

Also, quick question, Jushiro vs Retsu Unohana Kenpachi for PVE...  I guess I just assume Retsu is better for the job, like that is obvious from the stats and how people talk about her similarly to how they talk about B Renji for PVE more or less...  However  does anyone have personal experience with how much she boosts your score?  doing the math, if her and Jushiro have same attack power (which her's should be much better than his), without crit hits or fury builders, she should up his damage by 50%..  like if his damage is 20M/hit, hers would be 30M.   In apples to apples comparisons (same level, same mod, same evo) she should be doing about double his hits.  higher natural stats, better talents, higher damage rate, but she's not cheap,  may rent her for a day to do some evo/mod/bond/tests/pics for when/if I do get her in the future,  but that won't be till after B rukia is paid off...  so yeah, prob 40ish weeks from when I start to rent her

You have to take account the mods and the bonds for sure.

Ultima has 12% mod and 12% bond as well
Shinso has 10% mod,(10% 2nd mod dunno if it works for self tho) 12% bond
CSB has 10% mod, 12% bond
Brukia has 8% mod

Before bonds Rukia was faster cause of growth rates, but not anymore.
Just to share my experience, I leased a while back Brukia on lv139 (0 evo 0 mod) and my Brukia had 394k speed, she even solo'd my HMA easily but
Same gear on My ultima lv 132 with 10 evo and bond at 15(6%) (no 12% mod yet) had 470k speed.
Same gear on Kirinji with evo 9 and both speed mods (he doesnt have any speed bond) had 540k speed.

I'll agree that the aizens can be faster, but shinso is definitely not. Don't count his speed halo since that would affect b rukia as well and make her faster anyways.

I do believe that 12% bond and the 2% from mod has the potential to surpass her, but could be mistaken. Didn't even bother with Shinso yet, don't like fury generators xD

What I don't really know is how lease exactly works. Several months ago I compared tavern Aizen to tavern Yoruichi, before bonds and evolution were released. Both at same lvl and while stats suggested that Aizen should be faster he wasn't. So I concluded that growth rates started from  the recruited levels, and not level 1. Eventually at level 110 or so, Aizen surpassed her. And when I got Brukia from lease it hit me again. Just a big wonder is if lease affects growth rates, probably not, but got me wondering
