Why would anyone ever spend money on those two partners anymore anyhow?  I agree they should be che ...

Except Uno is still considered one of the top PvE partners when used with the right combination of other partners. Until there is a replacement for her released (aka a new better support that hits for 400%+) she will still be a top tier partner.
