it was able to re arrange it & create a path through it into the ennemie blind spot... doesn't that count as counter?

The way I interpreted it, Grimmjow penetrated it from the outside and then followed the path of thread right to the enemy. It didn't seem all that clear how he communicated with Grimmjow though and what kind of advice was given.

Found it a pretty meh chapter tbh. Didn't Askin already fight Grimmjow? Should he not be immune to his reiatsu? If stabbing him and crushing his heart works then that means that normal, non-reiatsu attacks should work regardless of him being immune. Pretty wonky shit in my opinion.

Askin could still pull some shit however, lowering the lethal dose of his heart or some similar shenanigans, making it so he does even need a heart.

We don't really know how long Grimmjow was knocked out for, could have been a minute or whatever lol so Kisuke had a while to talk with him

Also he ends his sentence after "thanks for the advice", I don't know if the advice was from Grimmjow, maybe simply saying his name to signal him? Idk lol

Either way Bleach is weird, people can talk to each other from anywhere apparently

Askin has to get hit by the reiatsu or come into contact with it, Grimmjow never touched him i'm sure lol, and never did a range attack with his reiatsu, Askin only threw a ball at him xD
