it'll take ~1 year to get his skill at max lvl ... and by then way stronger partners will be availab ...
they need to fix the drop right honestly to where is gives more and more frags cause if they are putting out more and more better partners why even try to do ex skills in the first place?

by what i mean fix the drop rate was just increase it so it doesnt get to the point of being useless when there are better partners on the way. soo yeah.
Doesnt solve much in a long run.. You get 10k from sign in but you still need over 60k more. With getting 20 with silver option/day and once every 2 days extra 20 with free gold option it will take you forever to get somewhere and getting 1k frags from filled bar is not that good unless you are really big spender and dont really need anything else. For most players, stones, mod frags, free partner or red hogyoku frags are better.
