Actually, piracy is not punished in the netherlands, EVER...
I have only ever heard about a Dutch person getting punished for it when he went to germany, lmao

In the Netherlands, an IP can not be used s evidence, ever.
Thus you cant get caught xD
We even have a political party in the government called the pirate party adn they are all about protecting the right to pirate stuff xD

I only pay for 200/200 but i get 500/500 xD
