Which character should be in shini agent ?

This 3 character not worth my 200 $ so should be in shini agent i think.

Mayuri : Good defence but so slow and no str talent makes him useless ( for me )
Isane : Good character but not good enough only good at her 3.mod %30 descrase enemy attack
Shini Kensei : Good for combo but slow no special talent and mod. All new partners immune to "SILINCE" His skill makes him useless though ( expect combo )

PS: Kirinji better than all of them. Burn , high agilty and high growth rate (%200) chaos and speed buff  so think like that

partner given in shini agent isnt going to change, its like first top-up for purple rangiku

Hiki got immunute to silince (4. mod )
Kirinji got Immune to Silence (3. mod )
Oeutsu got         Immune to Silence (5.mod )
Hisagi got         Immune to Silence (1. mod ) (I should put in there Hisagi too )
Senju got         Immune to Silence (1.mod )
Mayuri got         Immune to Silence (4.mod)
Isane  got        Immune to Silence (1.mod )
Koga got         Immune to Silence (1.mod)
Thats why i put there shini kensei ( combo good but isshin comba +5 rate more and only 2 or 3 character immune to void )

well, he doesn't just silence but disarm as well. and most of those guys are faster and stronger than him. lolz,  after they have skill... thats it. As a red partner assualte, he is awesome. also, with his mod (3 and 5) as long as he stays alive. both hiki and senju skill dont work on him. so yeah, i can argue that once their skill has wear off, the tide changes.









As someone who has and was using him (and might in the future - op exclusive skill) . i know how awesome he is. and also, why would you want him? if you are trying to downgrade him? further more, in terms of combo... hello evo !!

None they are too good for to be practically free for monthly top up players , Imagine everyone with Kenshit that would f@$K up everyone he is godly

I could also give you a detailed reason why mayuri shouldnt be there (got him as well)
