That will only increase the amount of Paid players striving to get those OP character.
The only way to get that as true F2P is to make it similar to a CSB or HME partner.

Well it is not that different in this game... We have really strong berserker renji who is/was total wimp in anime and on the other hand we have demon ichigo,yamamoto/ ressurection ulquiora with sub-par stats/skill/growth rates...

From how I see it, nothing has changed from this version of the game 1 year ago.
We are just jumping from an era to another while balancing shit out (they are trying at least)
After the zero div we got shinso, cute orihime, yama for free while the vip got the upgraded version of those.
Like I said nothing has changed and nothing will.
Vip will always get the best partner and f2p will get the old partners for free.
They are most likely to add the bikine girls in a new update for f2p to get after some point.
+10 for vip and +1 f2p.
That's how this game has been running all this time.

Problem is that this p2w system largely benefits only those who can afford to buy basically anything. Most lower vip (1-9) or even vip 10 from the old days over a year back who dont plan to top up large amounts anymore are being screwed over every passing day. I paid like 12k gold for shinso in joint task and now ppl can get it for free while I am stuck without any real possibility to power up which would differ from f2p people. I might get a bit more stuff from events like thanksgiving but few lvl 8+ stones arent anything special when i need atleast lvl 9 for the main ones to upgrade and high lvl hogu is useless when I dont get 300+ talismans to level it properly.

What part of my comment made you think I want f2p's to be able to get partners like that? That would absolutely ruin this game if people could get someone that OP for free. Things like that should be 100% exclusive to VIP players.

well i dont mind paying for a game, i am still here sooo, however i must agree the prices are to high, who is gonna pay 1000 euro's if not more for a good character, i mean 100 euro's whould be great, i whould never in my life pay such a high price for just a single character, unless if i win the lottery tommorow and i have nothing else to do anymore, or if i was a morron and ask my parents credit card and get grounded for the rest of my life and the next one aswell LOL

i mean you can pay less for a poker game and atleast you can win something if you play good, here you spend your entire salary, you are fine for a month, then another charachter comes and you are still screwed

Although as a paid player my highest would be VIP 8.
Unlike you guys on VIP 10- 15 ETC.

If anyone here has played Monkey King Online.
From the 1st time it came out it was great, getting over a million gamer and was top MMO.
Was the coolest and i spent long hours and Cash on that came.

But as of last year when i happen to see an advertisement of the game it reminded me of my account, so i tried going on. It was still online but i was the only one on the game for about an hour before i saw someone else.
When it 1st came out i was so packed with player there wasn't any space to farm or pray but now its empty. Bleach is only surviving cause of its fan base. If a better/more interesting version comes out this place will be a desert.
