Ryoka formation help please?

So looking for some opinions from people who have played this game longer than I have, lol.

Currently I'm using a 3-2 formation for Ryoka which consists of;

Main, Sexy Yoruichi, Tavern Kensei, Hikifune, and Kirinji.

I'm wondering if I should get Dark Rukia from this current event to add some extra fury to my Assaulters. But I'm unsure if it would actually help my damage output or decrease it because her growth rate is so much lower than Hikifune, which would be the person I swapped out for her. Anyone have some input that might shed some light so I can make a decision?

Your dmg will drop significantly if you take out hiki.
The only partner you need to replace is kensei.

Get zaraki or berserk renji if u can afford him.
