Im lvl 102 with 815k bp
Reiatsu lvl 50
My formation is 1-3-1
Stark-iakku-main-kenpachi-kisuke(t1 fury tommorow)
i need help to build a more powerfull team..
Give me suggestions....

i was plannig go for ubp.. but it came to early xD...
I plan to get shin shura and then noza... im alreday doing that but it will take a long time...
in csb im amming for shura kenpachi..(long dream)
I have 8k in soul cultivation so close to get yama...

You seem to know what you want to do long term. I think getting Yama, Noza and Shura is a very good goal.

The only improvements I can think of requires spending money, things like, T1 fury for everyone, buying Shinigami Agent which allows you to get Shinso Gin through Legend Gallery relatively easy but also Kirinji of course. Last but not least a new Zanpakuto would be pretty good.

I dont care xD i really like to play this game... i love when someone is better than me xD
I love to try beat everyone.. I know that is impossible to win certain battles but i will keep play this game...

Don't dare put hyorin on that team. It's insane. He neglects your bread and butter which is your assaulters. You need Shinso and senbon for a Moderatly cheap setup. Although you would need many more fury stones...

You look like you focus on PVE, which is good...  more stones and silver...
The partners your looking to swap out for are mainly pvp...  will make you kill players better, but less rewards from events...

all in all, for pve, your team is great for f2p/low VIP

For your setup I don't recommend Hyorinmaru, but, if you can get Hyorin and a second zanpakuto like Zangetsu or Muramamsa (preferably Zangetsu) then I don't think getting Hyorin is a bad idea. The reason for that is beacause Hyorin is very good for beating the soul fights (Tosen, Gin, Aizen etc.).

Or you could look into getting Senbonzakura, you would need to put a lot of speed on Kisuke just so he can keep up with your assaulters though, but if you decide to get Senbon he is currently 12k Top-up and 10k spend (on whatever you want), so getting him in this event(Joint Task) is probably the cheapest option. Getting Senbon would also mean that you wont need Hyorin. However I recomend waiting until the next UBP, maybe they put Mura/Senbon in the next one.
It's worth noting that Mura/Zan are both 12k aswell if I am not mistaken.

my kisuke is the fastest in my team already...
