Not going to really get into it with you but there is two things that come to mind, for one the said requirement why it's like that.

1: Much like why we currently from my knowledge have a level cap of 159. It's to prolong the game so, even if, a new system is 'just added' in which case this evolution stuff not one player would literally rush ahead and get done within a month and be like "well wtf else you got?".

2: Since most of our systems is really just a copy from the Naruto game that joyfun also runs, in our case a poorly translated / coded version. They screwed up or overlooked one stage fight / requirements and it never got fixed.

Personally, I would assume #2 in this case and should be fixed down the road. But it's really up to everyone to take a guess at this issue. However, in the general sense of things it doesn't stop you from doing evolution (yea your stuck doing like me hard mode runs). Anyways, as for it being well designed. It is but still needs some tweaks and adjustments made (I didn't say it was "perfect"). Once it's fixed and players are able to progress to Inferno Mode we shall see another topic such as this one saying for the mode to be either toned down because only the extremely high vips are able to clear it, or to increased rewards for the effort.

1: Why even have nightmare and inferno options at all then? Just do like they've done in every other case and keep it locked off. This explanation has no logic to it so I'll focus on the other since it's the one you think is more likely as well.

2:Yes a lot of our systems have translation issues. But they're pretty much all at least something that can be figured out by trying things similar to what is said on them. I know I personally spent a couple hours trying all variations of the requirements that I could come up with and nothing worked. Bwg and Brah both tried as well. It's been over 6 months since the system came out and there's been no fix to the translations. If it is a translation issue of such magnitude that it no longer has any relation to the actual requirements, then they should focus on fixing it like they've been fixing a lot of the more minor translation issues as of late.

All that said, I have no problem with things being difficult. Difficult is good. What I have a problem with is when a system simply does not work. Have Inferno Mode require crazy high stats, I don't care. But don't make it impossible to even unlock it to attempt it because nightmare mode is too glitched to pass.

Now that Ryoka is done I'll comment. A few things are in place that no one can explain anyway. Why have the Red Reishi Option in tavern? Why have the Towers in place for higher tiers when no one can level up to do them? Why is most stuff broken still after level 150? So, we can add nightmare and inferno mode to the list, I'm sure there is more no logic needed.

As with most games and poorly hosted ones I might add, there is a lot of time between them saying "hey this needs fixed!", and we actually getting a fix for it. Plenty of bugs pop up and takes forever to be fixed if, they even make a attempt at fixing them because to be honest as you know they only care about one thing. Money. Also, I'm sure the reincarnation system will have a few bugs in it when we get it as well. How long was it for them to fix the agent of shinigami dropping stuff? (Was still MIA when it was added but I'm sure 4-5 months?)

As far as I know gogames is just a greedy host that tells the real dev team over at joyfun to make minor changes so they can make it a cash item and so on and then we end up with this version we all know and love (seriously ).

Anyways, back to playing and ya I said my peace, you said yours. Most anyone can really do is just that, it's up for the admin to take the issues to joyfun and get patches for the said bugs in order to get them fixed.

I'll start with saying that all the things you just mentioned as being there that no one can use are locked. This is very different from being impossible. No one's complaining about the fact that the 3rd CoM stage is locked. That's perfectly fine. Devs add the face for an unwritten feature way ahead of time in just about every game. It's just easier. What shouldn't happen is when you then open up that feature but it is impossible to complete.

The issue with agent of shinigami not dropping stuff got fixed after just a few weeks. So no, it was not several months that it was left like that. It's understandable that you didn't know that though since you were gone.

Last thing I'll speak on is that Joyfun has nothing to do with the development of this game. The developers for this game are a Chinese based company completely unrelated to Joyfun. Gogames is not a development company, they are simply a publisher. Patches come from The Chinese based company that runs the original version, and get translated by gogames to fit our English version of the game.

Few things you've got wrong.

1: Prolonging game with impossible requirements is bullshit. Do what ultimate ninja does, make stages which are hard to pass and require a lot of attack and speed rather than a bunch of messing around to get shitty requirements done.  Sure it's challenging but more in puzzle solving way rather than P2W calculation based way.  I do not mind doing it once, but when I have to do it daily with those shitty debuffs and buffs literally forcing you to sometimes refresh even when doing hard mode, come on, it makes me question my sanity even further than I usually do.   
2: The core game is in fact a copy and paste from Ultimate Ninja, but the systems like COM do not exist in Ultimate ninja.
3: Joyfun is a publisher. Pretty sure GG are just their underlings for Bleach, not sure. All the code and stuff is pasted from CN version, and those develop both games.

Also compering the two games, Ultimate Ninja is miles better design wise. This game is hell at points, but we all love bleach and this community is something I've fallen in love with so I'll staying here.

As I said it could of just been chalked up to a oversight as far as the requirement being made that way and never fixed. I know this is basically a copy and paste of UN and I understand Conquest isn't in that game but still some form of evolution and beast upgrade is. However I never bothered to play UN since it bogs down my computer more so then Bleach does. Never said it was a exact copy though. And the whole dev/publisher thing. I know the difference but without research, every website for "Bleach online" has gogames listed as both, and then also when you search Joyfun Bleach online same results. Either way in order to get anything fixed, GoGames needs to send the information to whoever the "Real Dev" team is and get a patch for it. Arguing about it and such is just a waste of time unless just to bring it to their attention if, they even care to listen about what we want done.

Ps. Getting like Myhule or w/e with the long ass posts. Sorry for making you read

Ru servers are same, first "text fixes" were sent them 9 month ago and they still didn't implemented them. Chinese translators know our languages better then we are. Only time they fix it is when text are missing completly. And description for inventory increase(which we never submitted).

This is a major issue I have as well.  I don't mind hard, complex puzzles of character usage to beat some stages.  But I do mind when the text is actually incorrect or missing important details.  I also mind when they are impossible and that they don't give 1-2 free refreshes of buffs/debuffs.

I would say that agent should clear to final stage always, freebies should clear to 3rd or 4th from final stage always.  Both once beaten once, of course.

Then implement that same thing to Hueco... free should clear till an opponent has 70% of current BP or greater OR 5 from the end.  Agent should clear from 80% of current BP or 3 from the end.  Hueco is just a huge waste of time... click, click click click after slow load screens all just to win every fight 95% of the time for me and 99-100% for others.  It's stupid.

Removing STUPID time sinks and fixing impossible/incorrect wording would make the game far more fun.
