Assuming you're from the US servers, battle reports are broken right now so there's nothing to be done for it. But copy battle report never worked as far as I know. Only way to get battle reports is like in arena where it shows you who attacked you recently and who you've attacked? If you watch the battle report from there you just save the url for that screen.

I am from the EU and I managed to save an HMa Battle report by going to battle reports and then copying the url
