true takes very long for weapon but boots i dont have a prob. Today i did it and got 0 universal crysatl fragments thing

is it less than for other partners?  I know my Isshin's shown great growth with it, and my new Orihime has too

there is evo but char on screen is without evo

Evolution on other characters is definitely better.
