They might need to raise the level cap too if its 159 or something.

That is correct for Tenjiro. Just checked. Senjumaru is still only getting 10 fragments. Should be ...

I think the bug was to get 20 fragments. Red partners should get 5 daily, 10 with the accelerate modify
