No offense, only my opinion:
This is Bleach Online... i believe you're playing to Wartune or similar online game?

in Bleach, there is no "wing", "honor", mount, etc.
the game is based on the manga & anime from the same name, and i really hope the dev will NEVER add this kind of stuff
