yeah I'm trying to make him as fast as I can got some lv9 agi jades on him the rest are level 8
and for strength I got 2 lv9 and rest are lv 8
I do have the soul king seal strength on him cause I finally got a convert talisman but now I'm thinking I should've changed it to agility but oh well whats done is done if in 159 days visored is about the same I can get lv10/lv11 hogu and id switch it with that anyways

Hmm, no idea when a tier 13 hogu would come out, but they seem to have the second best in visored revenge always, so tier 12 could be free later on you never know!

You have the same agi stones as me then
3 9 agi and 3 8 agi xD

I could get more speed if I was able to do evo
saving vit and all makes that hard
I'm getting convert talismans just for that one year visored
this last visored had a level 10 and a level 11 so if there is an 11 and a 12 I will prob make the 12 agi and the 11strength. if its still the same then the 10 strength and the 11 agi. if they want to be dicks and take them out fuck them then (unless they put in good fury stones in the end
