just make sure you have the fasted character, once mura does bonus, you get more speed provided then with katen so u can sacrifice some from the rest of ur team

Its not possible to make Hikifune as fast as Senru with Katen. So with Tensa u have a slower Senru but a Hiki, who can have the same speed like Senru.
Senru cannot lock the other side, so when the Senru of the Katenuser fails the wipe, the Tensauser can attack with Senru + Hiki till the other Hiki can attack.

As long as you make Hiki with Katen faster than Senju with Tensa, then it's all good.

I think this is not possible. With the same gear my Hiki has 1,01 mio speed with Katen, while Senru has 1,05 with Tensa.
