None of the above. I want Vanguard Haribel or improved Vanguard Yachiru, improved Lisa, viable Rukia, viable Nemu and the other female lieutenents. The bountos and Fullbringers were all incredibly weak. The Sternritters should not be nearly as strong as they are portrayed as being and they can't actually steal Bankais because Bankai is just the realization of the shinigami's knowledge of their own soul, something which cannot be stolen because it is part of one's personal identity.

I've been putting some more thought into this, and finally decided that there shouldn't be new red partners. Instead there should be template partners. By this I mean there is a template of a Vanguard, an Assaulter and a Supporter. The template takes the image and animations of any blue, purple, or yellow partner you currently own while using the stats, mods and skills of the template character. This allows players to use their favorite characters even at high levels.
