Questions.

I have a few questions in general, and I was hoping I could get them answered.

1: I have one skill away from getting my last skill for my main character, I was wondering if there was a quick way to get soul other than wait to level up to fight new enemies in the main story.

2: I have noticed when I hover over my players that there is a slot that says they haven't a skill yet. Does this imply that you can give skills to your allies?

3: I have just reached level 73, and decided to go with a vanguard at the tavern. Sajin was my choice since he had a lot of HP. I was curious about my supporters however. My team is composed of My main on the left, Lisa in the center, Ichigo on the right, Sajin in the front, and Momo directly in the back. I have an Orihime on standby that's the same level as the rest of my partners. Should I go with Orihime or Momo for battles.

4: Is there a quick way to get gold janken without janken? Getting 1000 is going to be a hassle. If there isn't then can anyone tell me what I should get when I reach 1000 again? My team is listed above. Or should I wait until I get to the next level of gold members for 1200?

Thanks for the time to read this, I hope that I can get some sort of answers from this. I know it's weird to ask this late into the game about all of this, but I just realized I could use the forums since this is the community the game revolves around. Please don't be too harsh with your answers. Appreciate it.

Adding to what the other guy said you can get souls by killing ryoka in the daily event, but I don't see you being able to do that unless you are from a weak server.

Before the exclusive skill feature your allies skills could not change, but now you can earn soul cult frags and get a new skill for your partner, you can then switch between the skills, I am not sure when this feature unlocks, think it is level 90 maybe.

Sajin is great, I used him until I got my hollow Ichigo at 110, orihime is needed for pve and can be good in pvp sometimes, while momo is only really good for pvp.  So for pvp go with momo and for pve go for Orihime.  

No janken is the quickest way to get gold in the game.

In you plan to spend money on this game and get the fury stones form reio which will cost you $15 to get and the event comes every month, then get urahara first, if not then get Ikkaku then kenpachi and then urahara, also momo can then be swapped out for Yoruichi who then can be swapped out for aizen.

Tavern orihime is outdated at your point.   do not janken in level 70 tavern, it is very expensive there,  wait for level 80. When you start to SC, replace lisa with Yamamoto, Momo with Cute Orihime, and your ichigo with Ikkaku.  When you get a chance you will want to upgrade your vanguard.  If your VIP, HMA Kenny is a good choice, if not, Hollow Ichi is your man...  but that's not till quite a bit later, so don't worry about that right now.  Yamamoto will help you a lot in PVP battles and in Hollow Souls fights.  Cute Orihime will help you in most every fight you encounter, Ikkaku will help in PVE, and with Orihime will skill more often.  Sajin is a big chunk of HP and Def, so he is okay to just sit there and do that.  I am assuming your F2P or low VIP is why all the partners I suggested are $5 or less (HMA Kenny needs VIP1 to aquire)

just going to put my answers out there to you just for some stuff

1) you can get more souls from Beauty games, Ryoka, and from your dailies sign in base on your current prestige

2) the skill thing you see on your partners comes from Exclusive skill which give your partners a boost in power, I would waste them on purple partners since the only thing they get are a buff to stats

3) good choice in Sajin since I used him all the way to 110 when I got Hollowed Ichigo. as far as a supporter go at that lvl I would recommend picking up Yoruichi since she can deal with pesky supports (ypu'll need all the counter you can get against Harribel and Gin with your formation) and if your were aiming for higher damage in PVE, you should of gotten Rukia and Renji, and at lvl 80 pick up Ikkaku and Kisuke Ura. these are simple suggestion use them however. also don't use a healer for PVE since they give you less damage

4)sadly you have to do gold janken to get gold souls unless a few event give you them for free or doing CSB for 10 (good luck with that)

1. No easy way, only use beauty game for Vit (trust me, anything else is a huge mistake)
2. No
3. Momo for PvP, Rukia for Pve (Rukia/Kisuke are essential long term PvE partners for non-VIP people)
4. Janken is it.  Do more damage in PvE, if you don't 100% focus on PvE damage as a non-VIP you will suck more and more the longer you play.  You MUST dominate in PvE or you might as well give up.

Dump Lisa/Ichigo ASAP for PvE damage partners.  I bet you're already very low on damage in PvE and it will get worse and worse.  Silver levels your partners, gets you new partners, and gets you Reiatsu and gear levels.  Without all of those you will suck at PvP anyhow, so focusing only on PvP will make you weaker at PvP than focusing only on PvE.
