not her zanpakutos. she didnt exactly release them. she just said their names. means they are or arent. they could be random spirits as her friends. tons of people everywhere says thats it who seem to be right at this moment.

wonder if yachiru is zaraki bankai, why she have a shikai zanpakutou? (tough her shikai called different by kotetsu)
and also why she can take human form

She could be a manifestation of his zanpakuto. Also, as grim said she just said their names but they could also be battle spirits much like the one hollows that help ichigo get to the castle (the worm was a battle spirit).
