but i want block (and im barely mid game) i estimate i cluld have 140% + on vg main and the rest of my assaulters if i use the exelent girlfriend title
math: 90 blockrate capped + 20% blockrate title + 30% blockrate (cute orihime)
so more block than agi for me

I don't think titles will break the 90% limit, dunno about c. orihime tho. And with the new visored u don't get a lot of fury stones

your math is a little off lemmie explain.

90% = cap, the only way to go over is with bond/mod.
Title adds 20% to the total before the cap.
So, without evo, all of your saulters will cap at 90% block rate (except what, the new kurosouichi?), so the only person really taking any benefit from block would cute, with mods n such.  Which again, isn't going to matter if she isn't ever hitting/skilling because of speeds.
While I fully understand you may be mid game, most people, even f2p are going to be able to get 90% break; your only person really blocking will be cute.  Just a thought, if your at mid game, you need start working towards end or your shooting yourself in the foot.  And about the agi gems, I only mean lvl 1's if your VIP to bring the price down - its cheaper than buying higher lvls if your buying in bulk.

well im around 50%blockrate  atm so the title would be at least helpfull (using super destroyer atm)
